For the price, this place was great.
The laundry facilities are severely lacking. With only two washing machines and two dryers that barely functioned, I waited three days just to do a simple load of laundry. The heating was also a nightmare, as the centralized system kept the room at a constant 18C, which made for uncomfortable nights. To top it off, despite the proximity to the train station, the commute into central Tokyo took up to an hour, making it impractical for sightseeing.

The convenience store with a self-checkout is great.
I found the room quite small and cramped, which made moving around a hassle. The bathroom felt particularly tight, making it difficult to use comfortably. I also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, which was slow and unreliable at peak hours, causing frustration while trying to plan my daily itinerary.

I had a great stay! The bed was firm but comfy, and the bathroom was nice with a decent shower. I loved the little extras like complimentary toiletries and the A/C control by the bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and a 7/11 right next door. I'd definitely come back! 😊

this hotel had the audacity to provide a room with frigid aircon that was ridiculously unstable, leaving me shivering through the night. i would’ve considered a glowing review if only they’d bothered to offer me a room upgrade as compensation for this discomfort.

Loved the tasty pork cucumber sandwiches from the convenience store on the ground floor! Plus, that self-checkout was super handy after a long day of exploring. The hotel's cleanliness really stood out, and the comfy bed made relaxation easy.
The centralized heating kept me shivering a bit since it held steady at 18C, but I opened the window to cool things down just right. Oh, and the room's a tad snug if you're not used to Tokyo's cozy accommodations, but you'll get the hang of it!

Solo travelers quiet retreat
Super convenient location within 5 min walk to subway , room was nice with comfy bed and pillows that felt like clouds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The little snack stall on the first floor came in clutch after a long day.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but still acceptable for what we got.

Had a cozy little spot with all the essentials like a mini fridge and a clean bathroom that made my solo trip comfy. I enjoyed relaxing with a quick snack from the 7/11 nearby and taking in some peaceful evenings. The room was a touch on the small side, but it didn’t really bother me—just be aware of that! 😊

Rooms are remarkably clean, and the central location near the subway is convenient for quick access to the city. However, the air conditioning was centralized and not adjustable, which made the room a bit uncomfortable during warmer nights. The lack of adequate laundry facilities also became a challenge during my extended stay. It was easy to keep snacks handy from the nearby convenience store, which was a nice touch.
